Booking
procedure:
- Look at our catalogue and chose
2-3 places in case your "first choice" is already
booked.
- Please give us the numbers
of the houses and let us know how many persons you are and when
and how long you would like to come to Tobago. (See our adress
below.)
- We
arrange your booking and send you a booking confirmation
and details about the down payment (mostly 12-20%).
- The
handling
fee for each booking is US $ 50,- or Euro 40,- (not refundable);
US $ 40.- or Euro 30,- for all who came already to Tobago by Sunbird
Holidays.
- You
book your flight on your own. On your arrival at
Tobago airport we pick you up and bring you to your guesthouse.
A
word about us:
Due to some misunderstandings in the past time that we are the owner
of the accommodations we would like to clarify:
"Sunbird Holidays" is only the mediator/agency for these
accommodations. The owners are locals or persons living in Tobago/Trinidad.
"Sunbird Holidays" is so far the only project of this kind
contributing to "eco tourism".
Please help to support this project by renting our cars if you need
one. We are one of the best
priced rentals in Tobago. Our excess amount in case of an accident
is less than half of all the other rentals. In combination with excellent
service and reliable maintainance we are the only rental of this kind
in Tobago.

ATTENTION
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- All
accommodations provide sheets and towels. Please bring your own
beach towels. A daily cleaning service is normally not included.
Most houses change your sheets and towels once a week, some twice.
There is no maid service but consider that all rates are very reasonable.
- The
guests should keep their apartment clean themselves (except in guesthouses
and hotels). Cleaning utensils such as hand broom and bucket are
provided, if not, please ask the owner.
- Please
leave your apartment in a reasonably clean condition at the end
of your stay (dry clean with broom is sufficient). There will be
no check-up, we appeal to your fairness. No accommodation charges
a fee for end cleaning.
- Please
bring adapter plugs for your electrical items (USA adapter). Don’t
use hair dryers for 220 V.
