The
beautiful and airy villa is located on top of a hill with tropical
vegetation and fruit trees with a stunning panoramic view of the Caribbean
Sea and the Buccoo Reef.
The villa consists of a main house and 3 cabanas and can accommodate
up to 16 guests. Cabanas and main house can be rented as a whole or
separately.
The cabanas are situated at three different elevations and have own
front and private rear gazebo patio. Each has a beautifully furnished,
spacious living/bedroom area with ceiling fan, kitchenette and bathroom.
There are 2 twin beds and convertible 2 sofas as well as cable TV,
VCR and a safe.
The
main house is surrounded by a spacious, sunny patio, hammocks, lounges
and a lovely pool. Pool and sun deck can be used by all guests. There
is also a lower patio area with BBQ to sit and relax.
The house has a large fully equipped kitchen with all facilities,
living- dining room with sofa beds, cable TV and VCR, a selection
of videos, library and board games. There are also DVD players in
all the units and a DVD library. The master bedroom has a queen-sized
bed and a lovely bathroom. There is a spacious study adjoining a second
bedroom ideal for children as well as two cozy, private secluded patios
with a lovely view..
Additional
facilities: very friendly management on the property to assist you
at any time, maid service, washing machine, phone, fax and Internet
access. A cook or a meal can be arranged on request. Some groceries
can be stocked for you, reimbursement after your arrival.
Walk only 10 minutes down the garden steps to Arnos Vale Beach for
excellent snorkeling and bathing. The next village is Plymouth, a
20 minutes walk away or a short drive. By car 25 minutes to the airport,
15 minutes to Mt. Irvine and 10 minutes to Turtle Beach.
The
privacy of the villa layout, the outstanding design and environs make
it ideal for bird watching, to relax, dream and enjoy nature. Rental
car recommended.
