Studio Villas

The three self-contained studios
are situated in Arnos Vale in a 12-acre nature reserve and organic farm. One is a smaller apartment suitable for singles or a couple, one bedroom with double bed, fan, mosquito netting at the windows, kitchen, bathroom and own porch with view on the reserve. The other two big studios (or small villas), have one bedroom each, with King size bed, ceiling fan, AC, additional bed and a convertible sofa in the living room, which has a beautiful view on the surrounding reserve. There is cable TV, phone, a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Meals can be arranged on request as well as a babysitter. The studios are mainly built of wood and lovely furnished, with a generous porch in front overlooking the reserve and ideal for bird, firefly or star watching. The reserve grows a large variety of tropical fruit trees and bird lovers will discover the King of the Woods, Chachalacas, Woodpeckers, Herons, Egrets, Parrakeets, Blue Tanagers, Hummingbirds, owls and many more as well as Iguanas and many tropical butterflies. The birds are fed regularly so that the guests are able to watch them. During extensive strolls through the reserve you will discover the stunning tropical flora and fauna of Tobago, in general a dream come true for nature and bird lovers. You will see the hug and only Eucalyptus tree of Tobago. The property is located 5 minutes on foot from the village of Plymouth with grocery shops, 5 minutes from Arnos Vale Beach, which is excellent for snorkeling and 10 to 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Mt. Irvine or the capital Scarborough. Fishing or diving trips as well as an excursion to Trinidad with an overnight stay at the house of the owner’s sister can be arranged by the owner. |
