You
book a flight to Trinidad in Tobago with "Tobago Express"
flying several times daily from Tobago to Trinidad and back. A return
ticket costs TT$ 300.- (US$ 50.-). Book an early morning
flight so that you have enough time for your tour. Check in is 1 hour
before departure time.
Your tour guide Jose
picks you up at Piarco Airport in Trinidad and then you will be on your way. A "must
see" is the famous "Asa Wright Nature Center", guided tours several times a
day. A very good lunch is served there as well but you have to order in advance. Jose will
organize it for you on request.
You can discuss and
organize together with your guide the rest of the tour: maybe you want to visit the
"Caroni Swamps", the "Pitch Lake" or you want to go shopping in Port
of Spain. Jose has many more suggestions and can also advise you about the best way to
structure your day taking into consideration your departure time back to Tobago.
